We had our 2025 CX90 dashboard light up on I-90 and called the closest Mazda. Andy helped guide us from the highway to the dealership. (06/18/2026) It was recommended not to drive so we were provided with a loaner. We stayed at a hotel nearby and in the morning technician verified a failed battery. We were traveling to visit family and were amazed to be provided with a loaner ! The new battery arrived more quickly than expected and service was done. This dealership is fairly good. However, the purchasing process needs to be sped up. In this world of digital transactions, there is no reason that a car purchase should take 2 hours. The paperwork should have all been ready when we got to the dealership. The sales person was nice and helpful, but we had already decided on the purchase and just need to complete the transaction efficiently.
Every time I go to the dealership I feel like I'm getting swindled. Needed a simple oil change and they managed to find $3,000 worth of 'repairs' needed for my car. Highly doubt I will be back.

Ask for Tilden! He was by far the best car salesman I have ever worked with. I came in to test drive some vehicles and he asked all the right questions to find me the right car for my needs. He answered all of our questions and was very friendly. He definitely broke that stigma of salespeople only caring about commission. I appreciated his honesty and care and will hopefully be returning soon to get a new car

Attempted a new vehicle purchase from a local dealer but it dragged on for 5 days with still no resolution. Classic Mazda got me out the door in less than 90 minutes. I was in need of a new/used vehicle after the hailstorm totalled my previous one.

I brought my CX-9 for routine maintenance. The service tech did my inspection and made recommendations. I was advised I still have my warranty and certified preowned warranty available to cover the repairs. I was immediately placed into a loaner which everyone was helpful as I had my newborn with me. All parties I encountered kept me informed timely of the repair progress and estimated completion. Everyone was kind, professional and friendly.
